The pizza dough: plain dough...just add 3-4 tsp of sugar to make a sweet base! but remember the topping will be sweet!!! 500 grams bakers flour (about 4 cups) 325 grams warm water (about 11/2 cups) 10 grams salt (2 tsp) 3grams yeast (1/2 tsp) Topping: Smear top of pizza round with butter 1 can pie apples or peaches/apricots mushed and only put on enough to 1/4 in thickness and sprinkle with sugar to taste! Crumble: 1 cup plain flour butter brown sugar Method: Rub butter and plain flour together to make crumbs and then add brown sugar,spread on top of mushed pie apple and bake at 450 deg till crumble is golden brown.
